Location Ideally UK or France, inEvidence supports flexible working so any European location considered
Role Primarily working directly with an inEvidence client (a major Software company) you will be an integral point of contact for country contacts, with responsibility for the recruitment and development references across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will be a key contact for our clientâ€s internal and external stakeholders (customers, sales and marketing), responding to enquiries and promoting the customer reference programme.
Duties include; Recruitment of references in synchronisation with Country Marketing Managers and with Global product leads
Supply countries with all tools to help with recruitment including relevant documents, proactively organising conference calls with sales and/or customers in order to educate and evangelise the benefits and processes of being a reference
Liaise with countries and product managers to understand needs and create a funnel of standard case studies, ROI case studies and videos
Prioritise potential references based on strategy and need
Build quarterly dashboard data
Assist with requests for references
Asset Management
Manage execution of planned and ad-hoc reference activities
Requirements Must believe in client delight, must believe in client delight and must believe in client delight
Min 2 years technology customer reference experience (software experience would be perfect)
Positive attitude, glad to take ownership and show initiative
Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently but also to seamlessly integrate into an amazing team
Excellent written and spoken English, other languages a benefit
The ability to connect everyday tasks with larger strategy
